Yes, it is possible to use the C-Rescue plugin with multiple users.
However, please note the following:
-Simultaneous editing by multiple users is not supported.
If multiple users edit at the same time, some changes may be lost.
-The apps that can be selected as backup targets are determined by the viewing permissions of the users registered in the “User Information” section of the C-Rescue plugin.
If multiple users use the plugin, there is a possibility that even users who do not originally have viewing permissions may be able to manage app backups.
Therefore, we recommend limiting the management of the C-Rescue plugin to organizational administrators as much as possible.
For details on how to set access permissions for the C-Rescue dedicated app, please refer to the following:
Reference:2.4 アプリのアクセス権を設定する
App templates are not included in record backups.
If you plan to update an app, we recommend using Kintone’s built-in functionality to create and save the app template yourself in advance.
Reference: Managing app templates
C-Rescue supports only English and Japanese.
If the screen does not change after switching languages, it may be due to browser cache. Please try clearing the cache and reloading the screen.
It is available in guest space environments.
For backup procedures in guest spaces, please refer to the following guide:

In the C-Rescue plugin settings screen, the backup schedule uses the time zone setting of the computer of the person configuring the schedule.
For logs in the C-Rescue dedicated app, the time zone of the user account settings is used.
It is possible to create multiple apps, but it is not recommended.
Basically, one app per domain is assumed.
For precautions when creating multiple apps due to migration or reconstruction, please refer to the following:

Backup
The initial execution will occur at the scheduled time you set. If you want to run the backup immediately, select the configured schedule and click the [Backup Now] button.
If the schedule is not running, please check the following:
1. Is the schedule setting enabled?
If the enable checkbox is not checked, the schedule is disabled.
2. Has the maximum capacity limit been exceeded?
If the following error appears in the backup log, the data capacity is insufficient to execute the schedule.
Log: Backup Failed. (User: xxx) Backup size limit reached.
Please consider adding optional data capacity.
3. Has the schedule end date passed?
If the configured end date has passed, the schedule will not run.
There is no function to individually specify holidays or company days off. Therefore, it is not possible to completely restrict the schedule to business days only. However, in weekly settings, you can select [Weekdays only (Mon–Fri)].
1. Is the date set correctly?
In daily settings, cycles longer than 32 days cannot be configured. If you want to set a cycle longer than 32 days, please use the monthly setting.
2. Is the end date set correctly?
Please check that the end date is not set before the first execution date.
Note: Simply setting the schedule does not trigger an immediate backup. The backup will run on the configured date.
This error appears when App A references information from App B using the [Lookup] feature.
In C-Rescue\'s backup setting [Standard Mode], when backing up an app that uses the Lookup feature, the source app being referenced must also be included in the backup target.
Therefore, please add App B to the backup target.
*If you wish to back up only the app using the Lookup feature without including the source app, please use [Solo Mode].
This error appears when App B contains a Lookup field and the field specified as the [source field] is not configured to [prohibit duplicate values].
If it is acceptable for the corresponding field to be restored as blank during the restore process, you can enable backup by checking the option [Ignore and proceed with schedule setup].
Users cannot delete backed-up data.
Once the data retention period expires, expired data will be deleted automatically.
Please check the viewing permissions of the app.
Viewing permissions depend on the Kintone user permissions linked to the user information registered in C-Rescue.
Currently, record-level backup functionality is not available.
Only full record backups are supported.
If the record count or backup capacity exceeds the limit, the backup will fail and a notification email will be sent to the registered email address.
If the limit is about to be exceeded or has been exceeded, please delete unnecessary records, reduce the backup targets, or consider adding capacity through an optional contract.
It is not possible to reduce the size of backup data that has already been acquired.
C-Rescue retains backups for the number of days specified in the contract, and it is designed so that past backups cannot be deleted.
However, it is possible to reduce the size of future backups by performing the following actions.
Please note that these changes will not affect backups that have already been acquired.
Examples of actions to reduce backup size:
Remove target applications from the C-Rescue schedule settings to reduce the backup scope
Delete records or attachments from the kintone applications that are subject to backup
Backup capacity is counted and updated at the following times:
When a scheduled backup is executed
When a "Backup Now" is executed
C-rescue retrieves backup data based on the Kintone authentication information entered in the user profile.
Therefore, if the Kintone authentication information (such as the password) is changed and the user profile in C-rescue is not updated accordingly, the application data cannot be retrieved, and the backup process may fail.
When you change your Kintone password or other authentication details, please make sure to update the corresponding information in your C-rescue user profile.
Once the user profile is updated, backups will be successfully retrieved starting from the next scheduled run.
By clicking the "Log" URL provided in the email, you can check which app's backup failed and the reason for the failure from the "Log Message".
・AppName: Name of the app that failed to back up
・Error Message: Cause of the error

Restore
Comments, history, and process management status or assignee are not included in the restore target. For details on restorable fields, please refer to the manual section [1.1 フィールドの対応状況].
Reference: 1.1 フィールドの対応状況
The preview displays up to 50 records only, while the restore processes all records. Therefore, if the target app contains more than 50 records, the preview and restore results may differ.
Also, record numbers will be newly assigned during restore, so they will differ from the preview.
Example:
If restoring an app with record No.1–100
- Preview: No.1–50 are displayed
- Restore result: All records are restored and assigned No.101–200
Depending on the configuration of the target app where the data is being restored, the restore check may return an error or warning.

If an app contains a [Lookup field], and the field specified as the [Referenced field] is not set to [Do not allow duplicate values], that field will be restored as blank during the restore process.
Please also review the following important notes when working with apps that use [Lookup field]:
Important Notes for Apps Using [Lookup field]
The official kintone API requires that duplicate values are not allowed in [Lookup field].
Since C-Rescue uses the official kintone API, it is mandatory to set the [Referenced field] to [Do not allow duplicate values].
It is not possible to restore only a specific app.
Restore is executed for all apps backed up.
Therefore, if you want to limit the restore target, we recommend narrowing down the target apps during backup schedule configuration.
You cannot specify the original app as the restore destination.
During restore execution in C-Rescue, all existing data in the destination app is deleted before inserting the backup data.
Therefore, we recommend downloading the app template from the original app in advance and creating a new app from the template to use as the restore destination.
It is "SJIS".
Therefore, supported languages are limited to Japanese and English.

The data retention period for the trial version is 30 days.
If you purchase a license within 30 days, data can be carried over.
However, once the retention period expires, the data cannot be restored for any reason.
Please refer to the section [2.3 C-Rescue専用アプリへのプラグイン追加] and follow the same steps.
Once the new version is imported, the version number will be updated.
If the version number does not change, try reloading or clearing the cache.

All backup data and license information are managed based on the domain name.
If you change the domain name, you will lose access to the plugin and scheduled tasks will no longer run.
Therefore, please be sure to contact us as soon as possible after making the change.
Please enter the Kintone account information of the new administrator in the user information page of the C-Rescue plugin settings screen.
